Simon Sköld

I started training when I was 14 years old back then I tried karate for the first time. Today I am 32 years old and have trained at elite level for more than half of my life. It has been my ambition ever since. I have worked as a personal trainer since 2009 because I want to help people find their own way through the jungle of information on diet and training.

Motivation is one of the most important elements to succeeding with diet and training. You will always encounter times where you are less motivated, and at these points it is often most important that we do not give up.

 

With the right knowledge and a good plan, you do not need to turn your life around to achieve your goals! In my career as a trainer I have written two books – Träning för latmaskar & Mat för latmaskar – to help people reach their goals.

Today I work as an MMA fighter, lecturer, author and online coach. I am very passionate about sharing the knowledge that I have gathered over the years to inspire people to live a healthier lifestyle.
